- Provide daily office administrative management - Manage and monitor 3 regional offices operation in line with group policies and procedures - Draft, cheap ralph lauren polo shirts review/revise, and implement general office management policies and procedures - Do performance reviews based on agreed upon targets- Coach and provide constructive Lacoste Polo feedback to build confidence and improve effectiveness in team and assist staff to obtain the knowledge and skills for professional development- Establish admin budget .And track, analyze and control the chi dazzle admin cost within the budget .To identify the optional cost reduction opportunity and generate the saving for the group.- Manage capital assets - Oversee all inventory and general ordering - Source ,negotiate and manage the ralph lauren polo shirts suppliers - Renew the leasing contracts of GZ offices and 3 regional offices - Organize and coordinate GZ office((700 sq.m), 3 regional offices and IST server rooms relocation and renovation HR:- HR Strategies, Policies & Procedure- Successfully implement HR policies, procedure and programs.- Recruitment & Selection- Prepare budget and monitor actual spending to achieve cost effectiveness;- Recruit and select all Lacoste Polo Shirts positions at and to ensure on-time placement and retention.- Compensation & Benefits- Process payroll, contribute to mandatory funds and administer insurance and benefits programs.- Training & Management Development- Expat Coordination: Will responsible to manage expat's visa, working permit
